    SVã Dance Movement Therapy

The psychotherapeutic use of movement – working through breath, posture, muscle tension and the way a person already moves, rather than through words alone. It is the discipline Angira trained in and teaches, and the one the rest of her work grew out of.

    SVã Drum Circle Therapy

Drumming has been a tool for communication, celebration and expression for centuries. A circle is an even playing field – nobody needs to be able to play, and people express themselves and connect through percussion rather than through words.

    SVã Sound Therapy

Everything has a vibrational frequency, including a body. Sound is used to heal on the physical level, to overcome a blockage on the emotional level, to raise the energy of the body, and to change a thought pattern or belief.

  • SVã Art Therapy

Art has been a means of communication, self-expression and healing across cultures for thousands of years. Making something – with colour, line or clay – develops self-awareness, explores emotion, and gives unresolved feeling a way out that words have not found.
