Our bodies tell

Have you noticed these signs?

Anger doesn’t leave because you decided not to express it. It moves inward and sits in the jaw, the stomach, the shoulders. Our bodies keep the records we don’t.

Burnout often looks like productivity. The busiest people are usually the ones a manager does not ask about, simply because they appear to be very productive.

Schools invest in curriculum, in infrastructure, in student outcomes. They miss the one thing that holds all of it together: the internal state of their teachers.

How SVã flo can help you

SVã flo employs an integrated system that combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Expressive Arts Therapy, Sound Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Somatic practices, coaching and counselling.

A Somatic Soul Integrated System

Created by Angira Chakravorty Dasgupta, SVã flo is a Somatic Soul Integrated System, built to help individuals reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more authentic way.

SVã flo begins with the belief that healing is not about “fixing” people. It is about helping people return to themselves.

Angira’s work is rooted in a simple observation – most people are struggling not because they lack capability. They are struggling because stress, emotional overwhelm, unresolved experiences and constant external pressure slowly disconnect them from their body, emotions, expression and inner clarity.

She creates spaces that enable people to release stored stress, move beyond limiting internal patterns, improve emotional awareness and rediscover emotional balance, authenticity and personal potential.

Inclusive and safe healing spaces are central to Angira’s work. She collaborates with queer-affirmative counselling practices and supports neurodiverse individuals, ensuring every person feels respected, seen, and supported in their healing journey.

My work draws on body-mind practices, movement and energy healing. What holds it all together is older than any of them – the wisdom of the body and the inner knowing, leading us back to SVã – the self underneath the conditioning.

It’s okay to not know what you need yet. Really.

Tell me what’s been going on. A short conversation is often enough to work it out.
