FOMO used to be about missing an event. Now it is about missing a trend, a version of success, a life someone else seems to be living.

We are consuming more than ever and feeling less enough than ever!!

The response most people reach for is JOMO, the joy of missing out.

Choosing to stay in, opt out, skip the noise. It sounds like peace but often it is exhaustion wearing a better name.

People are not opting out from clarity. They are opting out because they are too tired to keep up.

The difference between real JOMO and burnout disguised as JOMO is PACE, not mindset.

When you actually slow down, your breath, your reactions, your body, you start noticing:

  • What you need VS what is just noise.
  • What is imposed VS what is real for you.

Not everything you feel you are missing was ever MEANT for you.

Where in your life do you need to slow down to actually see what you want?
